Last Mile acquire new additional premises as they continue to grow!

After enjoying a period of sustained growth Last Mile Logistic Solutions have acquired a new business premises based in Preston Farm, Stockton-on-Tees next door to their existing warehouse.

Last Mile have opened a new additional site to accommodate their ever-growing business and fleet of vehicles. This prime location, based in Preston Farm, Stockton-on-Tees gives Last Mile an additional 32,400 square foot of floor space totalling over 70,000 square feet across the two sites.

The lease was a carefully considered major development for Last Mile and proves their dedication to provide the best service possible to all new and existing customers. 

 Managing Director, Chris Hardy said:

We have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to acquire this additional warehouse space. Due to the success of our existing 2 x man home delivery and warehousing operation we always knew that we were going to outgrow our original premises very quickly. So when the premises next door become available, we grabbed the opportunity. 

 The additional space is a product of our hard work and a necessity due to continued growth. We now have the space to expand even more and will be delighted to welcome new customers. 

 We plan to customise the premises to make it our own and will be working on the project continuously over the coming weeks to ensure that the site is equipped with the very latest in state-of-the-art features. 

 Additionally, we are planning to refurbish the inside canteen area to suit our needs with more info on this to follow in the coming months.
