Professional Drivers
Our roster of professional and experienced drivers are fully trained and up-to-date with all road freight regulations. What's more, aligned with the core values of our business, you'll find them to be friendly, courteous and well-presented.
Range of HGVs
Our fleet of HGVs includes a wide range of trailer types including box van, curtain side, flatbed, and skeletal. In addition to contract work and general haulage, we're happy to take on ad-hoc HGV requests from all over the UK.
Real-time Communications
We use the latest tracking technology with all of our vehicles to ensure real-time location visibility for the customer, from the beginning of your product's journey until its final destination.
All our drivers carry portable devices that allow for signatures and a timely turnaround for proof of delivery (P.O.D) documents. Our sophisticated visual reporting also offers key performance indicators (KPIs) - including customer ratings and time taken – to ensure that our levels of customer service remains exceptionally high at all times.
Key Hubs Throughout UK
Our HGV locations throughout the UK give us a strategic advantage in terms of delivery times and efficiency. We have a range of vehicles based in the key logistical hub of the Midlands during the week, while regular weekly routes to and from Scotland, and daily routes to and from the North East and North West of England allows customers to take advantage of part load services.
Our HQ in Teesside has become the preferred outbase for a number of our retail clients who are able to trunk product to us overnight, scheduled for delivery in our vehicles the following day.
Freeport Status
What's more, the Freeport status set to be afforded to Tees Valley will make it the largest secure customs zone in the UK.
This new national hub for international trade is designed to reduce administrative burdens and tariff controls, benefiting businesses by easing the customs procedure. Given our location, it puts ourselves and our customers in a prime spot to take advantage of the new Freeport.
Cross-docking
We offer a seamless cross-dock service that can help reduce clients' requirement for warehousing solutions, or to overcome access issues by cross-docking product from larger vehicles to smaller vehicles.
We track and monitor the entire process as inbound goods arrive at our warehouse, are then unloaded and scanned, before being reloaded for the outbound journey and the last mile leg. We offer short-term, medium-term, and long-term pallet storage options.
Warehousing
Our Opus Park warehouse now totals over 70,000 square feet of space and can be used for both short-term and long-term storage solutions for volumes both large and small. We also have the capability and flexibility of increasing storage space beyond our existing capacity if and when required. ISO9001 certified and boasting the latest digital management systems, our warehouse solutions cover all aspects of e-commerce storage services.
